HRD Corporate Director
Work and based location: Jakarta


Qualifications:

  • Local / Indonesian nationality
  • Master Degree Preferable. Psychology, Management or Law Major 
  • Have Certificate of SHRM - SCP
  • Have at least minimum 20 years proven HR work experiences in managerial position, preferably in Holding Company
  • Highly Effective Leadership, Management Skills Human Resource Capacity, Ethical Conduct, Strategic Thinking, Decision Making, Financial Management, Communications Proficiency, Presentation Skills
  • Human Resources Management, Hiring, Developing Standards, Foster Teamwork, Management Proficiency, Managing Profitability, Promoting Process Improvement, Building Relationships, Organizational Astuteness, People Skills, Retaining Employees
  • Good level knowledge on legal employment law - Indonesia Manpower regulation
  • Good personality with high level of maturity
 
 Responsibilities:

  • Creating policy and perform control related to the implementation of public administration / office in all branches and subsidiaries that include completeness, facilities, equipment, work space, the environment office / workshop, licensing, transportation, communication, common protocol.
  • Ensure that all policies are created and applied in all branches and subsidiaries of Company in accordance with all applicable government regulations.
  • Working closely with the Corporate Secretary making policy and ensure the security of all company documents both in hard and soft copy.
  • Ensure that all activities of communications and information technology (IT) goes well and according to the procedure.
  • Management and coordination of the entire business travel process all employees of the Company
  • An evaluation and control of the financial statement of the assets and the costs of each branch offices and subsidiaries
  • Develop organizational strategy to identify and research issues related to Human Resources; providing information, analysis and recommendations regarding the organization's strategic plan. Ensuring objective of the Human Resources support and in line with the objective organization
  • Implementing the strategy of Human Resources to establish policy related department accountability, Including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, and labor relations.
  • Establishes policy and supervision in branches and subsidiaries all activities related to Human Resources that include; recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions staff; maintaining compensation; Determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.
  • Developing the financial strategy of the Human Resources activities, include; Estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the amount of the difference.
  • Giving support to the Top Management of human resources by providing advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.
  • Improving knowledge and employ-ability by participating in conferences or any education or training opportunities; reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
  • Conduct an annual review and provide recommendations to Top Management for the development of company policy, procedures and execution.
  • Provide assistance to the Top Management on the annual review of program-related salary
