JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
- Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERTISE:
- Diploma Degree or higher in Information Technology/Computer Science
- Having good knowledge with OSI Layer and TCP/IP network.
- Having good knowledge with IT security concept, Firewall, Router, Mikrotik.
- Having good knowledge with Windows, and Linux.
- Having a programming skill is a plus
- 3 year experience or higher
