OPERATIONAL STAFF (GA)
(Work Location: Pluit & PIK)


Objective:
Manage General Affair functions in order to support the business operations within the organization. 

Responsibilities:
·        Responsible for handling general affairs and office management.
·        Check the condition and availability of inventory.
·        Prepare general administration reports.
·        Take care of the maintenance of office assets.

Qualifications: 
§  Hold a min Diploma (D3) degree in Office Management or related field of studies. 
§  Age max. 27 years old.
§  Min 1 – 2 years working experience. 
§  Deep knowledge of GA Functions (asset & insurance management, office management, traveling administration, transportation, maintenance & facility and other internal services duties).
§  Having experience in making relationship with business partner in relation to GA functions.

Requirements: 
·        Good English speaking and writing skills.
·        Computer literate and knowledge in MS Office (esp. MS Excel).
·        Good interpersonal skills, leadership, honest, confident, active, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.
·        Quick learner and enthusiastic for the job.
·        Good communication with others, able to work independently and in a team.
