Accounting Supervisor, based in Myanmar

Job description

·         Responsible of general accounting entries and overall functions of accounting: GL, AP, AR, Cash &Bank reconciliation and DN.

·         Organize stock take and inventory control.

·         Prepare periodic financial report/ statements and to comply with relevant acccounting standards and regulations.

·         Responsible of product costing (and pricing strategy) and also monitoring of expenditure and its variances.

·         Ensure proper & accurate documentation, invoicing and other ad hoc duties

                                                                    

Requirement

·         Graduate of accounting and 4 years relevant accounting experience; preferably from manufacturing environment.

·         Preference will be given to candidates with experience in internal control and system.

·         Meticulous, trustworthy, mature, self-driven, teamwork, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Strong will to learn.

·         Able to work independently in a fast paced environment and to meet tight deadline.

·         Good communication in English.

·         Proficient in Microsoft office and other accounting software.

·         Maximum 29 years old.

Internal Audit, based in Vietnam

Job descriptions

·         Conduct internal control and audit on the operational, procedures and compliance efficiently in accordance with relevant regulations and policies of the company.

·         Apply analytical skills to review information, analyse, and highlight risk of non compliance of the assigned audit fields and communicate.

·         Prepare reports on observation and recommendation to Management for corrective actions.

·         Support regular audit visits from Head office.

·         Learn company procedures and business processes effectively and stay alert to the changing nature of risk.

Requirements

·         University graduate with accounting background and posses 2 years audit experience from audit firm or manufacturing environment.

·         Wiling to learn, proactive, self-starter, resourceful, independent and also have a good teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.

·         Good writing / reporting skills and able to communicate in English.

·         Posses high level of integrity, drive and ability to work underpressure.

·         Inquisitive, mature, meticulous with strong analytical skills.

·         Willing to travel regularly to audit sites.
