below details:
Position: Service Delivery Executive
Experience: 2 + Yrs of experience.
Key responsibilities of the individual
- To perform as IT Service Delivery to customer.
- Good customer handling skills.
- Preferably from Telecom Background
- Point of contact for escalation if there is an issue or request from customer
- Produce management performance reports to an agreed schedule or upon request with other Service Delivery team.
- Organizing and lead meetings with client
