BI & EPM Consultant and Support Position

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE & EPM CONSULTANT POSITION

Applicants should believe that every problem, every issue always has a solution. We seek individuals with an extreme IT interest and who are addicted to the changing new things in the IT world.

You will responsible to do research to resolve technical issues raised by customers or consultants. You will also be responsible for setup and configuring a range of Oracle enterprise products on local or international customer sites. These sites may have various types of operating systems, application or web servers, network security, and relational databases.

Requirements:

1.Accredited degree in Information Technology
2.Experience with relational databases
3.Fluent both in spoken and written English is a must
4.Able to work independently with minimum supervision
5.Able to work and research independently
6.Good communication skills
7.Prior experience in software consulting will be an advantage
8.Prior experience with Hyperion software Products and Business Intelligence products will be an advantage
9. Experience in administering application and web servers will be an advantage
10. Prior experience with Unix, Linux, Oracle DB, SQL Server will be an advantage



Task and Responsibilities:

1. Perform tasks in installations, requirements gathering, analysis, development, testing and
support of BI/EPM products
2. Perform hardware requirement analysis and sizing, system installations, system health check,
and troubleshooting.
3. Attend to customers’ queries about the product, support request, and troubleshooting either
via phone, email, or on-site visit
4. Collect information, troubleshoot & research issues and conduct testing independently
5. Provide application / technical assistance in projects
6. Strict adherence to process and project documentation
7. May be located at customer site for a period of time

Job Location

Hiring for Jakarta. However, you may travel to project sites in SE Asia for 3-4 week intervals. We invite
