We are looking for talented IT Professional to join us, as:

1. Project Manager - Bank Indonesia Reporting - 1 position

Background:

The assigned Project Manager should lead the FCR project. The FCR project is related to improving our BI (Bank Indonesia) reporting process. Due to BI's new regulation, we are required to deliver our BI reports within 5 days every month instead of 15 days. This will require us to improve the end-to-end flow both from process and technology side. The business case for this project has been finalized and we are entering the design phase at this moment.

Job Description:

Managing both projects as the overall Project Manager:

· Responsible for leading projects teams to execute project deliverables to schedule, budget and performance goals.

· Responsible for defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

· Responsible for managing the project financials (budget and actual cost).

· Responsible for constructing and implementing the project's overall governance.

· Responsible for estimating the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.

· Responsible for developing full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.

· Accountable and responsible for identifying and resolving issues and conflicts within the project team.

· Accountable and responsible for assessing and managing risk throughout the project lifecycle and making adjustments as needed.

· Accountable and responsible for planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using PPMC (PTBC Project Management Tool).

· Accountable and responsible for tracking project milestones and deliverables.

· Responsible for developing, delivering and presenting progress status to the Project Steering Committee.

· Accountable and responsible for proactively managing changes in project scope, identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.

· Accountable and responsible for making sure that business structural and organizational changes needed are identified and oversee the preparation for the change deployment

Requirements:

Must Have:

· Must have at least 8 years experience in Program/Project Management (where at least 3-4 years as a Project Manager)

· Must have good track records of delivering large applications OR implementing business process improvements

· Solid people management experience of project teams and/or departments from 20 people

· General literacy in banking industry, products, clients, sector trends

· Proven track record of acting on Senior Executives level

· Successful working career of several years in different environments. Ideally, a business career within Banking (Retail, SME and/or Corporate Banking) or consulting.

· Speak both Bahasa Indonesia and English fluently

Nice Have:

· Has experiences with BI (Bank Indonesia) reportings process

2. System Analyst LBU (Laporan Bank Indonesia) - 1 position
Requirements:
§ Experience in end-to-end LBU reporting project as System Analyst or Business Analyst
§ Good analysis skill especially in data analysis
§ Familiar with SQL statements. Familiar with stored-procedure in SQL Server is preferred..
§ Writing and English skill for preparing technical documentation (FSD, etc)

3. System Analyst General - 1 position

Requirements:
· Experience project implementation in Banking industry
· Familiar with process in Finance dept
· Good analysis skill especially in data analysis
· Familiar with SQL statements. Familiar with stored-procedure in SQL Server is preferred.
· Writing and English skill for preparing technical documentation (FSD, etc)

4. Programmer Analyst LBU (Laporan Bank Indonesia) - 2 position (Dev & Production)

Requirements:
§ Experience in regulatory reporting implementation
§ Good analysis skill especially in data analysis
§ Familiar with stored-procedure in SQL Server environment

5. Programmer Analyst - DWH Development: 1 position

Requirements:
· Experience in DWH or Finance-related system development
· Good analysis skill especially in data analysis
· Familiar with stored-procedure in SQL Server environment
· Familiar with Business Object reporting (basic reporting)

6. Business Analyst (Treasury)
Requirements:

· to support, gather requirements and data from user. Experience in Treasury will be good.

Contract Period : 6 months (extendable)
Assignments in Banking Sector.
