- Install, Configuration, Maintenance, Troubleshoot
- Provide desktop, Laptop, telephone system, application support to local and remote users
- Hardware Computer, Operating System, Software, Printer, Scanner
- Network, Local Server, LAN Network
- Monitor Local and Cloud Server
- Providing technical support across the company
- Able to manage multiple tasks
Requirements:
• Experience on managing Mikrotik router, troubleshooting hardware & software, network.
• Familiar with PC, Email and network troubleshooting.
• Able to do problem solving & attention to details.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Minimum D3 or S1 from Information Technology / Information Management / Information System.
