·         Male

·         Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in psychology,HR Management, Economic or similar

·         Age between 25-45 years old 

·         Experience in the same position min. 2 years (EPC) 

·         Searching for potential candidates in internal and external databases

·         Able to work individually and in team, communicative.

·         Can operate Microsoft Office applications

·         Initiative, self-discipline, able to work independently and under pressure, responsible, fast learner

·         Control All labour at Site Project area

·         Can join immediately (ASAP)

·         Salary Negotiable
