PT. Berca Engineering International (BEI) is
an engineering service company which provides engineering, design, and
asset support services for oil and gas industry. We were formerly known
as AMEC Berca Indonesia, a joint venture company formed between AMEC
plc. (UK) and Indonesia’s Central Cipta Murdaya (CCM) group and have
joined the business for over 16 years. As per January 2017, the entire
stake is now fully owned by CCM group.
We’re expanding our team to meet the current and upcoming projects and in needs for the positions below:
Business Development Manager
Requirements:
1. Must have professional experience in multi-discipline engineering for the Oil &Gas and/or Petrochemical sector
2. Minimum Bachelor’s degree or higher in an appropriate field of study from a reputable university.
3. Minimum 10 years total experience, of which not less than five years should be in the Oil & Gas and/or Petrochemical sector.
4. Minimum 8 years management experience
5. Result and Target Oriented

Lead and Senior Process Engineer
- Bachelor degree from reputable universities - in chemical Engineering
- Have at least 10 years (Lead) 8 Years (Senior) in Design oil and gas
- Must
have a working knowledge of the codes and standards listed above and
must have the principal engineer responsible for the design of more than
one other project with similar process systems and must be experienced
in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs.
- Design the oil and gas production facilities for offshore/ onshore installation
- Can join immediately
- Indonesian Citizen only
Process Engineer
- Bachelor degree from reputable universities - in chemical Engineering
- Have at least 5 Years in Design oil and gas
- Must
have a working knowledge of the codes and standards listed above and
must have the principal engineer responsible for the design of more than
one other project with similar process systems and must be experienced
in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs.
- Design the oil and gas production facilities for offshore/ onshore installation
- Can join immediately
- Indonesian Citizen only
Lead Process Safety Engineer
- Bachelor degree from reputable universities - in chemical Engineering
- Have at least 10 Years in Design oil and gas
- Provide process analysis using properly software or manual calculation to supporting project which is on going
- Design the oil and gas production facilities for offshore/ onshore installation
- Must
have a working knowledge of the codes and standards listed above and
must have the principal engineer responsible for the design of more than
one other project with similar process systems and must be experienced
in the use of computer programs applicable to such designs
- Can join immediately
- Indonesian Citizen only
Process Safety Engineer
- Bachelor degree from reputable universities - in chemical Engineering
- Have at least 5 Years in Design oil and gas
