looking for candidates to fill the position as :
IT Service Desk
Requirements:
- Male or Female, max 35 years old
- Candidate must possess at least bachelor degree in informatics engineering, computer engineering or informatics management.
- Required language : Indonesia, English
- able to cooperate effectively, Honest, discipline, and responsible
- Good interpersonal skill
- Experience with windows operating system. Knowledge windows 10 is an added advantage
- Candidate priority from jakarta Domicile and willing to be placed in the client (BP Indonesia)
Jobdescription :
- Assist team lead / supervisor to prepare technical implementation activities with consideration to the risk, dependencies and constraints.
- Experience with basic troubleshooting hardware and software which related to PC or laptop such as email outlook, replace and upgrade laptop hardware
- Ability have knowledge basic two years as service desk and monitoring computer system is an add advantage
- Ability have analyze , investigate, evaluate problem and solution hardware and software product
- Provide customer support and proactive follow up when appropriate.
