(Urgent) HRD Manager Vacancy

Our Company  PT. EPADASCON PERMATA who has establish since 1988. During the last few years our company expanded the business and provides manpower supplies and operation & maintenance services in oil & gas sector. We’re looking for vacancy as HRD Manager.

Requirements

• Male or Female
• Bachelor Degree from Law Department
• Minimum 3 to 5 Years experience in an Offshore Oil and Gas industry mandatory
• Have knowledge in Peraturan Ketenagakerjaan
• Must have legal background mandatory
• Must have working experience of coordination contain minimum of 100 personnel in oil and gas industry
• Must be experienced in recruiting offshore personnel 
• Very organized, able to multi-task, willing to work flexible hours, can cope well under pressure, good attention to detail.
• Excellence in interpersonal, communication and planning skills
