with strong interpersonal skill, capability to fill recruitment as follows :
HR & GA Manager : The requirements as follow as :
Prerequisite is a Degree in any relevant field ;
a masters is a plus
Minimum 7-10 years of generalist HR experience and
at least 3 years of managerial experience required.& SAP HR is a plus
Sound analytical, interpersonal and persuasive
skills.
Proven ability to align business strategies with HR
strategies, policies and practices in an Indonesian context.
Proven ability as a counsellor and trusted
confidante.
Comfortable working in a matrix environment with minimal
supervisor.
Sound knowledge of Indonesian HR laws and
regulations.
Knowledge Of Tax PPh article 21 (Payroll Tax).
ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR
: The
requirements as follow as
Minimum
S1 Accounting or Computer Accounting
Minimum
5 years experience as Accounting Supervisor
Have the
ability to analyze and understand the principles of Accounting
Able to
make cash flow planning and make financial reports
Communicative
and able to work under pressure
Have
expertise to operate minimal software Microsoft Office
General qualification :
1. Ability
to create reports and data on ms.office (excel and word)
2. Having and Good Command in English both and oral written
3. Good Attitude, Good Personality, High Dedicated & Fully
responsible
4.
Ability to work both individually and team
5. Domicile in Jakarta & willing
to
be placed in Jakarta area
