Vacancy: Internal Auditor, Barge Master, Receptionist

We are a public company which operates in the Oil and gas field services sector. The Company provides onshore and offshore drilling services to oil and gas producers and other related services. The Company operates a fleet of drilling unit comprises submersible swamp barges, jack-up rigs and onshore drilling rigs.
 
We are looking for qualified candidates for the following positions:
1.       Internal Auditor
      Responsibilities:
  •    Conducting audit assignments
  •   Understanding of audit assignments and duties
  •     Provide auditor report (KKA) and issue summary
  •   Ensure auditee understand the objective of audit
  •   Ensure answers are related to the audit question
  •   Ensure vouchers, documents, and evidence is collected properly

     Requirements:
  • S1 in any major
  • Having 2 years of working experience as internal auditor
  • Understanding professional audit standards
  •  Able in to interpret and apply rules, regulation, law, and corporate policies and procedures
  •  Able to trace transactions to original documents for verification purposes
  • Having good communication skill
 
2.       Barge Master
      Requirements:
  • Have 5 years of experience as Barge Master
  • Experience in piling, crane operation, deck machinery, winches, 4-point mooring systems, spud systems, dredging, rock-laying for breakwaters
  • Have technical knowledge in drilling equipment
  • Have a thorough knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures
  • Have a thorough knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling
  • Have legislative safe work practice knowledge
  • Have occupational offshore HSE knowledge and experience
  • Proficient in English (written & oral)
  • Have good communication and supervisory skills
  • Have a working knowledge of knots, splices, wire line sling handling and general rigging   practices as per HSE compliances.
 
3.       Receptionist
      Responsibilities:
  • Counter calls promptly, respectfully and represent the company wisely
  • Greet visitors and make waiting time as comfortable as possible after notifiying pertinent    individuals
  • Record, Sort Send and distribute mail and fax to addressee and reservation to outgoing   document.
  • Substitution to the BOD secretary in their absent related to the incoming calls.
  •  Arrange reservation and Guaranty Letter for accommodations
  • Manage the use of Meeting Rooms
 
       Requirements:
  • Female
  • D3/ S1 in any major
  • Having 1 – 2 years of experience as Receptionist
  • Computer literate
  • Good communication and administration skill
  • Good command in English (both oral and written)
