General Requirement :

1. Male or Female max. 35 years old for 1 & 2

2. Male or Female max. 30 years old, D-3 with min. 2 years for 3

3. Placement in Cikarang for no 1

4. Bachelor degree chemical engineering from university for no. 1   

5. Bachelor degree from university for no. 2

6. Fluent written and oral English, communication and presentation skills no 1 & 2

7. Strong leadership & communication skill

8. Initiative & highly independent

1. PRODUCT ANALYST (1) :

1. Responsible to liaise with business users to conduct requirement clarification, requirement development, system analysis and solution design.

2. This role would contribute to build low cost and innovative new Startup technology organization, as well as revenue achievement by developing new products / features as targeted timeline and quality.

3. Assist project management team if necessary

 

2. PROCUREMENT SPV (1) (Scope) :

1.   Create and provide daily reports

2.   To handle the work as instructed by Director

3.   To process purchasing transactions for equipment, materials, supplies, capital goods, and services. 

4.   Process purchase requisitions / orders within purchasing authority Invite, assess, and award/recommend supplier tenders, bids, quotations, and proposals. 

5.   Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions, and maintain supplier relationships. Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports and price lists

 

3. RECEPTIONIST (1) :

1.   Fluence written and oral English
