URGENTLY REQUIRED : SPV FINANCE & ACCOUNTING, SALES COORDINATOR, SALES EXECUTIVE

We are a growing property development company that have commitment to build the green residential “Woodland Park Residence” and dedicated to become the largest property company in Indonesia. To achieved our target we wish to recruit dynamic, highly motivated and committed candidates to be a part of our team, with the following available positions :

    

 SPV FINANCE, ACCOUNTING & TAX

Job Responsibilities :
1. Check and ensure the supporting documents for all financial transactions and financial reports are valid and accurate
2.Check tax administration reports and to report the company’s tax obligations to ensure it is done in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations
3.Ensure all invoice calculations that have been received are accurate to ensure that there are no deviations between the calculations and the invoices
4.Ensure all of the company’s financial obligations are paid on time and to ensure that the company’s financial data are provided accurately in order to control the company’s cashflow
5.Check cashflow documents to ensure its compliance with the company’s systems, procedures and budget plans as well as to perform corrective actions in order to control the company’s cashflow
6.Ensure the availbilitiy of petty cash to support the company’s operational activities
7.Checks vendor’s tax and compliance documentations, ensuring its accuracy in accordance with the company’s policy
8.Check all supporting data for fixed asset, A/P, A/R, Stock, Loan in order to ensure accurate and timely documentation
9.Regulary update PSAK, IFRS and any other tax eregulations and to ensure the company implements these regulations in all of its transactional documentations.
 Requirement :
  • Male or Female, min Bachelor's Degree and preferably majoring in Finance or Accountancy
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in similiar position
  • Required skill :  Accounting Control. AP Management, Tax regulations, basic accounting, Computer literate mastering in Microsoft Excel,
  • Familiar with Indonesia Taxation Law and Reporting
  • Understanding Financial Reporting
  • Good analytical skill, detail oriented, accuracy and good interpersonal relating skills
  • Fluent and able to written in English language will be advantage
  • Full -Time position(s) available
 

 SALES COORDINATOR

Job Responsibilities :
1.Experience as Manager Marketing & Sales Coordinator Property min. 3 tahun
2.Capable for build strategic marketing (promotion and Operation)
3.Leading and Controlling skill to manage Marketing team to achieve target 
4.Having character : Hardworker,Communicatief, Honestly, initiative and ability to improve 
5.Having Skill : Leadership, target oriented, problem solving, working under pressure

Requirement :
  • Male or Female with average ages 30 - 45 years
  • Bachelor degree in bussines management or relavant
  • Has Min 3 years experience as Sales Consultan (In High Building/Apartemen are preferable)
  • Good personality adan Communicatief with powerful motivation
  • Having Knowledge and technical skill on selling and leasing
 


SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Responsibilities :
  • Mencapai target penjualan yang telah ditetapkan
  • Mendapat Komisi Penjualan dari Property yang dijual
  • Menjalankan aktivitas harian yang telah diberikan oleh Sales Coordinator/Sales Supervisornya
  • Mendapatkan Database  baru setiap harinya sesuai dengan target yang ditetapkan oleh Sales Supervisornya
  • Mengelola data base yang telah dimilikinya
  • Wajib menghadiri rapat koordinasi pada pagi hari
  • Membuat laporan harian yang disampaikan kepada Sales Coordinator/Sales Supervisornya pada rapat evaluasi sore hari
  • Memimpin rapat harian disore hari untuk membahas evaluasi kerja para anggotanya di hari itu
  • Membuat rangkuman laporan harian para anggota team salesnya dan disampaikan sebagai laporan mingguan kepada Sales Manager
  • Membantu semua aktifitas presales, sales dan after sales yang dilakukan oleh anggota team salesnya, termasuk berkoordinasi dengan team SAD apabila diperlukan
  • Menjadi jembatan bagi Sales Eksekutif dan manajemen serta mengkoordinasikannya kepada Sales Manager
Requirement :
  • Kandidat minimal Diploma
  • Keterampilan yang diperlukan: keterampilan komunikasi, Penjualan
  • Kandidat harus bersedia untuk bekerja di Pancoran, Jakarta Selatan
  • Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
  • Memiliki data base
  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Sales Property
  • Memiliki penampilan yang memadai sebagai seorang Sales Eksekutif
