IT SERVICE DESK / HELPDESK

Qualifications :

a. Male / Female

b. Must bachelor degree majoring in IT/Computer Science/Management Information System/Computer & Information Science/Computer Engineering

c. Experience minimum 2 - 3 years at similiar position

d. Having  Incident Management experience

e. Having Good Analytical and problem solving skills

f. Having good personality, people handling, and communication skill

g. Good command in english both written and spoken
