Handle troubleshooting of IT stuff, included : hardware, netwroking, cisco IP phone
Make sure all IT device working well, and its refill (printer) and data backup
Requirements:
Have good knowledge of IT technicall
Experience min 2 yeras for handling IT troubleshooting
analytical thinking, good communication skill
