ACCOUNTING STAFF
Main
responsibilities
- Verify and posts transactions to journals , ledgers and other record
- Maintain supporting schedules for certain accounts
- Prepare statement , invoices and vouchers to be ready for journal entries
- May handle reconciliations
- May specialize in one area of the accounting function
Qualifications
- Male/Female with max. 28 years old
- S1 from reputable university majoring in accounting
- At least 2 years working experience
- Having experience in audit firm and an shipping/logistics industry is an advantage
- Able to work under pressure and in a team with very tight deadlines
- Knowledge in ERP system
