URGENTLY NEEDED Vacancy as Receptionist/Office Administrator

To augment our future growth plans, we require to fill up the following positions:

RECEPTIONIST / OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR (RC) (Urgently Needed)

Female, Minimum D1 from reputable college/univeristy
Experience min. 2 years in the same position
Highly skilled in greeting visitors and directing them to the right person or section
Hands-on experience in giving information and answer questions (
Proven record of answering calls and taking messages
Demonstrated ability to deal with phone and email enquiries
Able to keep an organized reception area
General Requirements:

Fluency in English both written and oral
Creative, analytic and posses problem solving
Good communication skill with all levels
Proficient to operate computer ( Microsoft office, internet and email )
Able to work effectively and under pressure
Independent, self starter, and a dynamic person
