Your responsibilities (but not limited to):

Take responsibility for an effective and efficient recruitment policy. Draft vacancies in coordination with the hiring manager, source for candidates, communicate with recruitment agencies, prepare and assist in interviews, provide support for the compensation and benefits offer and execute a welcoming and structured onboarding process. It’s your task to develop a recruitment approach for fresh graduates, interns and to work on employer branding. Furthermore you assist in the processing and provision of information with regard to staff details, within the framework of HR policy and the guidelines on staff administration, in order to ensure that the organization has access to up-to-date staff records and on that basis to support the management, the HR department and other interested parties with accurate staff information.

Under guidance of the HR Officer you are responsible for filing documents, changes and all forms relating to staff members’ employment, in accordance with department guidelines, in order to ensure that staff records are accurate and up-to-date at all times. If at times the recruitment work load is less, you assist the HR Officer in executing general HR tasks.

You are driven and ambitious to fill vacancies with qualified people who fit the Tebodin culture. You have a knack for assessing skills, motivation and work ethics. You are creative and resourceful in your methods and your communication skills are strong.

Requirements:
·         Educational qualification:                          D3 / University
·         Work experience:                                        > 2 years relevant as a recruitment officer/HR Admin
·         Knowledge of / experience with:              Microsoft Office, knowledge of Exact, recruitment tools
