Specific qualification:
1. Bachelor's degree (majoring in human resources)
2. One year experienced in the same field
3. Having a good assessment skill in recruiting, in employee performance appraisal, and in increasing the employee performance

2. Having good skills in using PHP, CSS, HTML, Jquery, PHP MVC framework (CI/CakePHP/Yii/dll)
3. Having good skills and experience in PHP MVC framework: CI/CakePHP/Yii/dll (highly considered)
4. Experienced in database MySQL, Oracle (highly considered)
