IT Business Analyst
Main responsibilities:

The IT Business Analyst will be
responsible for Analyzing both business process in Singapore and Indonesia and
prepare/manage the deployment of the IT system from Singapore to Indonesia.

Communicates with all departments of
the company to understand the business workflow of the company in Singapore
(HO) and Indonesia (Branch), and documents them.
·
Analyzes the business workflow of
the IT System used in the HO and documents all the gaps and requirements to be
able to deploy it in our Indonesian Branch.
·
Works together with the IT Team to
implement the changes and make sure the requirements for Indonesia are
answered.
·
Plans and scopes the project phases
and components ensuring the project is on schedule and on scope for its
deployment.
·
Proactively addresses issues and
risks associated with the project.
·
Monitors assigned project and
provides summary status reports to management.
·
Develops and maintains an excellent
working knowledge of Altus Logistics Pte Ltd, must be able to understand the
global workflow of all departments in the company.
·
Works closely with CEO, Head of IT,
Department Heads, etc. in the development and maintenance of the IT System.
·
Must have proven experience in IT
project management and Business analysis.
·
Able to communicate in very good
English with either IT and non IT people and being understand by all of them.
·
Must be able to suggest
modifications to improve users’ efficiency in their daily work.
·
Must be able to improve the quality
of work of his team by setting/upgrading (if needed) the internal development
processes.
Qualifications:
- Male/Female
- Bachelor
degree in IT
- PMP
certification would be
appreciated
- Having at least 2-4years experience as a Project Manager and/or Business analyst
- Good
team player
- Fluent
in English
