We are currently looking for a Project Manager in one of the publisher(Mindtalk.com)and have experience in programming.
Qualification :
1.Has previous experience in managing a team of 4-8 engineers with responsibility for distributed systems in production.
2.Capacity to own and execute multiple programs simultaneously.
3.Ability to create functional specs,project/release plans, and roadmaps.
4.Proficiency in working with engineering teams to design, scope and shepherd features.
Preffered qualification & ideal candidates :
1.Hands-on development experience with highly available, scalable software and services.
2.Experience with PMBOK
3.Proven ability to identify and resolve systemic issues.
4.Active in using mindtalk
