Helpdesk & Deskside Support -URGENT!!

PT. Mitra Infoparama is a national IT Services Company, provides maintenance & human resources management in providing qualified professional resources.
To support the above requirements we are looking for young, skilled and motivated persons for the following positions :

HELPDESK & DESKSIDE SUPPORT
Requirement:
- Min. 2 years of experience in the same position as helpdesk support.
- Bachelor Degree/similar degree in IT.
- Skill: OS (Windows XP, 2K, 2003, MS. Office, internet, LAN, WAN, PC Desktop, Laptop, Printer, Network peripheral, other similar.
- Know how to : handle report, handle process and handle problem.
