4. Mengerti dan memahami IP PBX & sistem call center.
5. Jujur dan Bertanggungjawab

Nantinya akan ditempatkan sebagai fulltime staff dalam tim Project Management Unit Single Emergency Call Center di salah satu kementerian.
Adapun pekerjaannya kurang lebih sebagai berikut :
-. Mengawasi dan memonitor implementasi vendor callcenter
-. Berkoordinasi dengan pihak/dinas terkait
-. Melakukan UAT dengan vendor
-. Memastikan sistem call center berfungsi sesuai dengan requirement
-. Nantinya ditempatkan onsite di kantor client di daerah Kuningan Jaksel

Untuk implementasi awal kurang lebih 10 titik dengan kemungkinan 110 titik sampai akhir tahun. plannya sekitar 500 titik sampai akhir 2019.
